Lovely apartment

I stayed in this condo for a 3 month travel contract and it was perfect! Had everything I needed for a short term rental. Clean place and the pictures are very accurate and representative of this condo. Kelsey was a fantastic landlord. There was a hiccup with the washer and dryer when I initially moved in but she was so responsive and got it fixed in a timely manner. Had a fantastic stay here! Would definitely recommend!

Great location and apartment

I completed two travel nurse contracts at Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital from December 2022 to June 2023 while I was living at Kelsey's apartment, My commute to work was about 30 minutes, which I found was reasonable. The apartment serviced me well. I appreciate that there was a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The apartment was generally quite and I had no issues with anyone in the apartment. I had my own private entrance by directly entering into my apartment from behind the building, therefore avoiding the main entrance into the building altogether. I never had issues with parking, there was always plenty of parking for me and guess. If you like the outdoors the area around the apartment had many places to walk, run, and explore.Kelsey also was responsive and helpful to any concerns I had. I recommend this apartment to anyone who has a contract in the area.
