Great Stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Eastlake. The room was comfortable, tidy, and had everything we needed during our time there. The commute downtown was quick and easy, which made my work schedule very convenient. We also loved being close to Lake Union, great coffee shops, and restaurants in the neighborhood. Our host was kind, respectful, and made us feel right at home.

Renters Beware

I would not recommend this rental to future tenants. The landlord, who lives on-site, frequently reacted with hostility to routine activities like using the dishwasher or doing laundry, which made the environment feel tense and uncomfortable. The washing machine was also leaking from the start of my lease, making basic chores difficult to complete without conflict.

Dream home!

Stayed here for 3 months as a travel PT and it was such a great experience! The place is a 3 min walk to the water with access to swimming, paddle boarding, boating etc. Also great walking/running area with cute cafes and restaurants. Also a very safe area even at night as a female I felt fine! Never had issues with street parking. House itself is very clean and organized. Lots of closet space in the room and nice private bathroom and shower. Had all essentials accounted for and never felt crowded in the house. The rooftop has amazing views and the sauna is such a nice bonus! Definitely recommend for short or long term stays.

Eastlake gem!

Room in this house was perfect for what i needed. There was plenty of space, bed was comfortable, and linen and pillows were provided. The room and built in shelving had plenty of storage! The house is in a great location, very safe feeling and can walk down by the water. There are a few places nearby to go eat and a little grocery store that is less than a 5 min walk away. The rooftop was great to have and overlook seattle from. Parking was great, sometimes if you get back later at night it youll have to park a little further down the street and walk a minute or two but always feels safe. Overall great place, great host, and great neighborhood!
