Great experience

I had a great experience staying at this property. It is clean, fully furnished, and stocked with essentials, which made the move in process seamless. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to nearby hospitals, grocery stores, and restaurants. The landlord is responsive, and quick to address any questions. Overall, this is a reliable and comfortable place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it.

Lots of Space

We were able to stay at the G's house after our home was destroyed in the Eaton fire. The owners were so kind and made accommodations for my family even though it's not how they usually rent the space. I have a family of 5 and a dog, and the space easily accommodated us all. The owners just wanted us to feel at home during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and great for a walk. We felt at home and comfortable.

Perfect furnished home for nurses or short-term rentals!

This house was the perfect stay for me, my girlfriend, and our two pets! It was plenty of space for all of us, and the inside was so cozy and felt like home. The owners of the house are awesome. They were extremely communicative and if we needed anything at all during our stay, they made sure to get it for us. We had little to no issues while staying, but when we did they were sure to get it fixed for us asap. My girlfriend spent a lot of time in the backyard with our dog, just enjoying the space. The backyard has a garden and fruit trees, so the greenery was really peaceful and special. If given the chance we would absolutely stay with them again!

Great place!

Had the chance to stay in this unit with my husband for a few weeks before moving to a different rental unit both owned by the same owners. This unit was great, I believe they have an avocado tree in the back. We stayed in the master bedroom. The bathroom is not attached but located right across the room. We shared the unit with another traveler and she was great. If any issues came up, the owners were quick to fix anything. They are very accommodating and they keep your comfort and safety in mind. They have driveway parking as well as a washer/dryer. They provide amenities and even provided us with a juicer for citrus fruits (the best, we love juicing). The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Loved staying at these rental units & so grateful for amazing owners. Would recommend and would stay again.

Home Away From Home

If you are reading this and deciding if this place will work for you, you can book it now! The G family have made this rental property a true home away from home. My husband and I traveled for work and needed a place that felt like home and had the ability to accommodate our needs and our dog. This home met every need and couldn't have been better. The kitchen is well stocked as are the linens. This home has smart TV's and quick internet. The landlords are nearby and we're always available if needed. The neighborhood is safe and the endless supply of vegetables from this garden and the gardens of the other rentals were wonderful. The adjacent unit has its own entrance and the dwelling is completely separate. Only the shared driveway and the back fence line are shared. Rarely heard or saw the neighbors. Truly amazing and would highly recommend!
