Perfectly Cozy Apartment

My fiance and I are both traveling healthcare workers and lucked out when we found Rich's apartment listing. The unit is extremely cozy yet spacious providing you with everything you could need in addition to ample storage space. The location couldn't be more perfect given its proximity to grocery stores in the Beverly/Danvers area in addition to many lovely coastal towns like Gloucester and Rockport. We truly loved our time in this apartment and highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the region. Rich has been nothing short of an amazing, responsive, and helpful landlord. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.

Great place!

I have had a very positive experience living at this property. Its very spacious and breezy, lots of sunlight and air. It is very well-equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Very clean. Close to everything. R has been a pleasure to deal with. He is professional, cooperative and trustworthy person. I recommend this place with confidence!

Location!

Rs place is in a perfect locations. Its walking distance to downtown Beverly and not a far drive from Salem and Beverly hospitals. I really enjoyed my stay here. It felt like home away from home. Each bedroom is very spacious and has everything you need. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Absolutely perfect location

The location cant be beat, you are walking distance to all bars and restaurants/coffee shops/ boutiques and bookstores, even the train! Parking is easy and the apartment is super cute. R is an incredible host who dropped everything at a minutes notice the second we had any concerns or needs. The area is incredibly safe and quiet, always felt comfortable walking late at night as a single female. I will miss being able to walk to the Indo (our favorite for a pint and great food!). Next time Im on contract up this way I will ABSOLUTELY be staying here if its available. It was two of us and two dogs (R made an exception) and there was more than enough space for there to be a third or even fourth roommate. Very spacious and comfortable.

Spacious apartment in a safe neighborhood.

Great apartment, spacious room. The neighborhood is safe at all times which was really great. The location is optimal, you can walk to great restaurants, train station, gym..everything! The landlord was very helpful and attentive to all our issues. Love living here.

Spacious, safe, and quite apartment with a great sunset!

Beautiful cozy apartment in a comfortable and safe neighborhood. This apartment is spacious with a stunning view of the sunset in the kitchen (my favorite time to wash dishes)! The landlord is attentive and kind, addressing any concerns at the drop of a hat. The neighbors were very welcoming and quiet. This apartment is within walking distance of the commuter rail, beach, gyms, and some delicious coffee shops. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone new to the area!

loved staying here!

Myself and two other nurses have been staying here and we have had no issues. Comfortably fits 3 people, could even fit 4. Very clean. Is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building. About a 15min drive to Salem Hospital. Very close to the beach and downtown area. Owner is very nice, responsive, and understanding of our night shift sleep schedules. Would definitely recommend staying here!
