Spacious and noisy

This apt is very spacious & includes parking. Kitchen is ok. Wiring is old, so you have to be careful if you want to use more than one appliance at the same time. Smoke detector goes off easily. Wi fi is spotty and unreliable, so factor in the cost of having your own plan. The apt. was initially a bonus room for the house, so there's absolutely no insulation between the floors. You will hear everything going on upstairs--the doorbell, chopping veg for dinner, tv shows, conversations, walking, etc. along with many things you'd probably prefer not to hear. The white noise from the space heater helps drown out the sounds a little bit, but its quite loud. You'll need to keep it on most of the time to keep the apt warm since it doesn't get any direct sunlight.
