Cosy apartment in North Beach

I originally came for 4 months but ended up staying for nearly a year and a half. The apartment is spacious and there is a ton of storage space. It's a very short walk to the beach, which I enjoyed. The coin-operated washer/dryer is outside in the alley. The gas stove/oven was well-used! But it does tend to heat up the small kitchen while cooking. The 2 AC units are new and keep the bedroom and living room comfortable. Luther, the owner, responded to all issues quickly.

Great location

This is an outstanding apartment. I stayed here for 3 months. The apartment was very clean and very big for a one bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet w plenty of free street parking. It is a 4 blocks from the beach and there are plenty of restaurants also within walking distance. You really dont need a car to stay here. The owner L is great guy. Extremely easy to get a hold of if you need anything and very accommodating. I highly recommended this unit.

I didnt want to leave!

OMG! I love this place! It is in amazing location in Miami Beach. Very safe neighborhood, which was my top priority as a girl who lived alone. I lived here a year and I always felt extremely safe. A very family oriented neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for me. 2 blocks from the beach. I cant say enough great things about this apartment. I came from across the country so I was so glad it was fully furnished! I loved the bathroom and bedroom is a great size. Im so glad it had a stove and oven as I cook every day. If I ever had any issue, L was so quick to fix it. He was very easy to talk to. I really took care of this place like it was my own. If you come to Miami, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
