The host was very kind, welcoming, genuinely cared about her tenants. The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I had all i needed. She checked in and ensured that my needs were met. She was a wonderful host!!! Thank you for your generosity and hospitality.

Calm and Quiet Neighborhood

Stayed here while i worked in the area and loved it. Quiet and calm neighborhood with stores and restaurants near by. Yolanda was super welcoming and always made sure i had everything i needed during my stay. Definitely would recommend living here if working in the moreno valley area!

Best stay, affordable, clean, quiet, safe

Ys place is exactly what every traveller is looking for. She has a separate fridge in the garage for the travelers food items, plus plenty of pantry space in the kitchen, plus a mini fridge in the room. There are blackout curtains. Super quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is a lovely area. You do need to mindful of street sweeping every other Friday morning, but Y makes room for your vehicle in the driveway. This was my first furnished finder stay and Yolanda exceeded my expectations. If you are working at the nearby Kaiser or RUHS, her place cannot be beat. If I get another contract in the area I am definitely messaging Y first. Thank you Y for your kindness and generosity.

A home away from home!

I loved my stay in this lovely peaceful home! Great location , grocery store less than a block away. and safe walkable neighbourhood . House always was clean, stocked with everything you need. Bed was comfortable . It is a quiet place to relax after work or on your days off. Great hospitality! I would recommend this property to others and would definitely go back there, if I ever work in that area again. Thank you so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay !

Truly a home away from home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm welcome I received. First and foremost, the location of this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, it offered easy access to local to hospital, restaurants, and stores. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply relax and enjoy the surroundings, everything was conveniently within reach. The accommodations themselves were outstanding. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The host had clearly gone above and beyond to ensure that every guest's needs were met. From the well-equipped kitchen to the plush bedding, I felt right at home throughout my stay. One thing that truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the host. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Very much enjoyed my stay here. I personally did not use many of the amenities, but I had my own bathroom and a quiet place to study and relax when I was not at work, which was exactly what I needed. Very easy to get back and forth to RUHS. Host was very pleasant and kind, made sure to reach out to see how I was doing and see if there was anything else she could provide. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect home away from home. Caring host!

This was my first time staying at a Furnished Finder, and I couldn't have been more happy. When I got there, the atmosphere of the house felt just right. I stayed in one of the bedroom upstairs with a shared bathroom but it was always clean. Ms. Y always made sure that I was comfortable, and that I had everything I needed. It took me 5 mns to go back and forth to work which was great for me because I ubered during my stay. She treats everyone like family and her house is open to your use from the to the gym in the garage. I was away from my family, but she made it way more tolerable. She doesn't leave room for error and you will not be disappointed with the place. I would definitely go back there if I ever work in that area again. Ms. Y, thank you for being a great host!

Will not be disappointed

I sometimes hear the term "hostess with the mostess" this term came alive for me in a very good way. This is the best host I have ever worked with. She is caring, kind, compassionate, and took care of all my needs while I was renting from her. Her home is spotless. It was truly "home away from home" for me. Y made sure that I was not in need of anything. She welcomes me with a fish fry and also, had a going away party for me with all of her family. She would always say "you are away from home, and I want you to be comfortable" and she did just that. Thank you. If ever I work, it that area again you know I would be calling you. This is one Furnished Finder home you will not be disappointed. I wish you all of God's blessing on your business.

Perfect location. Gracious host.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend for those in the area. The room and bed were EXTREMELY comfortable. A wall mounted TV has all the streaming apps, and the private full bath while not attached to the room is merely steps away. The laundry room has modern appliances that you may access at any time. There are other wonderful amenities available like the kitchen, and gym- I personally never used them, but they are there and available should you wish to. The only challenge may be parking if the other rooms are occupied and everyone has a car. For the first month or so I Ubered and didnt notice. The host checked in frequently to see if I needed anything and to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. If traveling solo I highly doubt youll find better accommodations with such close proximity to RUHS or Kaiser. If my husband hadnt decided to join me during my contract extension I would have remained at this location. You will not be disappointed.
