One of my Favorite Stays

This was the perfect place while I did an assignment at Providence Medford. It was just the right space and in a quiet neighborhood. The landlord was extremely helpful with any concerns and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity ever arises!

Amazing property!

Rent this property!! I cannot say enough amazing things 1) Location is great. Always felt super safe and it has quick access to the main road that goes through Medford as well as the highway. Also, some local restaurants and Kombucha shops are within walking distance which was amazing. 2) The insulation in this house is outstanding. I was nervous initially since it is a side-by-side duplex but we heard noise from our neighbors maybe one or two times in the 6 months we lived here and even then it was barely audible. 3) K was a great landlord. They maintain the property very well and you don't have to worry about a thing. Also, right before I was set to move out, my next contract got cancelled and K was so accommodating and let us stay a few extra days to get things figured out. I was truly sad to leave this rental and if I am ever in the area in the future I will definitely be reaching out to stay here again.

Nice stay

I stayed here while on an assignment in Medford, OR for about 6 months. The apartment was clean, quiet, and a convenient location for me. I definitely appreciated the quiet neighborhood & black out curtains as a night shifter. K was also very friendly and one of the nicest landlords Ive worked with.

Nice and comfortable apartment

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was ver spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It had all the necessities to make living here short term very comfortable. The owner of the property was very kind, accommodating and helpful. I would definitely rent one her properties again if I came back to Medford.

C Street

This by far has been one of the best rental experiences Ive had. The unit was up to date, clean, well decorated and comfortable. I loved the fact that there were utensils and different size pots and pans. Bathroom linen. Which saved me a bunch of money. The landlord was extremely professional and sweet. Less than a couple hours turnaround on requests. I loved that no request was too big or small. The unit was also close to the hospital and shopping centers. If I were ever in the area again Id definitely reach out to this property owner.

Amazing stay!

This apartment has everything you need and then some! K was super helpful and the best part is that its only a 10 minute drive to Asante! The neighborhood was quiet as well. We literally had zero issues and would stay here again if I ever found myself back to Oregon
