Nice quite place in a big city

This place was perfect for my husband and I. There was plenty of workspace for him to work remote and it was conveniently close to the hospital for me. Very spacious and clean. Loved the high ceilings and windows! I felt this property had all the essentials I needed and more for a furnished apartment. The kitchen was perfect and updated. The property is located in a safe neighborhood that was great for walks and running. If there was ever an issue with the property, Shelley was quick to answer and fix it.

Clean, well furnished place in excellent loxafion

The place was very clean and spacious. We loved how organized and well thought out everything was. The property is full of amenities! It is close to major freeways and stores - a plus if you are working in the city. Many major hospitals are less than 20 mins away. The host was very kind and responsive. I would not hesitate to book here again!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stayed here after selling our home so that our kids could finish up school prior to moving out of state. The property had everything we needed, was clean, well organized and was pet friendly. The neighborhood had beautiful, tree lined streets to walk our dog and a large park with tennis courts nearby for our kids to play in. Shelley, the landlord, was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Granada Hills short term stay

The perfect place for short term stay in this area. The one bedroom ADU, was very spacious, super clean and had everything plus that you will need for a short term rental. Private entrance and ample parking on the street, I was always able to park in front of the house. Family in attached home are very nice, quiet and let me know they were available if I needed anything. The location was also prime for shopping, delivery, and my work! I would definitely like to stay here again if I am ever in the area. Monte Griffin

Well furnished rental

S has done a great job with this rental. A fully furnished kitchen, its stocked with linens, and in a great area. Only downside was the main house played loud EDM music most of the day but was primarily only able to be heard from the bathroom. I had no trouble with this as I was on a day shift schedule but might be tricky working nights. Overall, amazing furnished finder with great value and a responsive, thoughtful host.

Excellent Home

This guest house is perfectly done and has everything you need. Futon in the living room if you have a guest over, well stocked kitchen with a gas range and full size fridge with an ice maker. It can be hard to find housing for travelers with small dogs, so it was nice to have such a dog friendly place. The neighborhood is quiet, plenty of street parking, laundry room attached to the main house and a nice side yard to catch some sun. An ideal distance from anything and everything LA, so you miss out on the traffic but are only a 30 min drive to LAX, Santa Monica, DTLA. Plenty of great restaurants in nearby Northridge (brand new Porto's!) Would have loved to stay longer but on to the next assignment.. S is an excellent host and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed, I highly recommend her home.
