Traveler for Humbodlt Park

Great place to stay that's safe and quiet for workers. Property owner was accommodating and responsive. I had a problem with the dryer, and she resolved it right away, no problems after that. When I need parking passes, she provided them in a timely manner. Great communication on her behalf. I didn't renew because I got another assignment in another city/state. The area is friendly and walkable. Great food places! Only 4 stars because the bed could have been more comfortable but I loved the space.

great apartment, great landlord!

My roommate and I who are traveling therapists are so lucky to have found this apartment to call home during our contracts in Chicago. It was spotless upon arrival and everything inside is brand new! The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need and there are two keypads for entry which makes things very easy. Its in a good location too, right next to Humboldt park and also very close to wicker park and bucktown which is where we spent a lot of time while here. So many good restaurants and bars. Lourdes, the landlord, is amazing!! She is super responsive and approachable and is happy to help with anything that you might need. She was even nice enough to take us out to dinner one night which really made us feel welcome. The day bed/couch in the living room is great for guests! It also has a trundle in it which is an added bonus. The master bedroom mattress is very comfortable, however we would recommend a mattress topper for the other bedroom.
