Nice place to stay

Whether with your family or by yourself, this is a nice place to stay. We stayed here for over a year, safe neighborhood and quiet environment. Walkable distance to grocery stores and the DMV. The host is very responsive and polite. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Wonderful spot!

This is a wonderful place to stay, very clean and roomy, and close to so many fun things to do. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The American River is just minutes away, the walking and bike path there is a great way to take in the river beltway, Effie Yeaw Nature Center is less than 10 minutes, the Sunrise Bridge is about 12, we simply couldnt get enough of the river. Carmichael park is a short walk down the street, they have an amazing farmers market every Sunday, music in the park every Saturday evening in the summer, and a food truck night the 1st Thursday of the month. We were traveling with our toddler so were happy to find out that Sacramento has more parks than any other county, 2 of which are less than a mile away. Theres a great enclosed yard with table and chairs to relax with your pup too. M is very welcoming and accommodating, she makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.
