Don't judge a book by it's cover

This is a perfect place for a traveler. The property is as depicted in the pictures - cute, simple and clean, pet friendly, and has a little patio and dog run out back. Las Vegas is our home base, but we stayed here for a month after our house sold, before our next assignment, so we are very familiar with the area. If you look around at the surrounding neighborhood, it may look run down, and sketchy, but it's only because it is one of the original neighborhoods in Henderson, and has no HOA, BUT it is a very safe area, and just one block up is a very walkable area called "Water Street District". It has a handful of bars and casual restaurants, many with El Fresco dining (highly recommend Chintas Tapas and Sushi), and the ice skating rink where the Vegas Silver Knights hockey trains; there is a restaurant and bar above. Back to the property listed, it is very conveniently located to the two main expressways, just up the road, as well as close shopping and gyms.

Super Cute and Cozy

This place is so cute and cozy. I would walk to Water Street for absolutely delish dinners on the regular. So much to choose from. I will truly miss this place. It has everything you need for an extended stay and the landlord is very responsive. I may stay again sometime if Im lucky.

Great stay

I stayed here while on a contract in Las Vegas. I have nothing but great things to say about this property and property management. Property was as described and was very welcoming and had many supplies available upon arrival and for our stay. Property managers and local contacts responded quickly and were available for help. I would highly recommend a stay here especially if you are a traveler and have petst
