gorgeous apartment in fabulous neighborhood

This spacious one bedroom is a warm and inviting home. Complete with all the things you need in a kitchen (including cookbooks!). The bedroom was well appointed with high quality bedding and a nice mattress. The living room has a lovely view and nice furniture. There is a formal dining room with seating 6-8 people. Well functioning washer dryer in the apartment as well as a good space for an office. This is clearly someone's home, not just an income property, and so everything about the apartment is solidly thought through. The neighborhood is also wonderful. Walkable to Noe Valley shops, restaurants and cafes as well as The Castro and The Mission. The owners are attentive and very nice. The neighbors are delightful and it's a very friendly street. I would choose this place again in a heartbeat.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! In the heart of Noe valley, close to transit options and dining opportunities. We enjoyed our coffee in the bay windows with beautiful a view of the surrounding area. Access to a lovely yard. Whats gem in the city!
