Best property ever!

We stayed at Robin and Mario's place from the 21st of April until the 20th of June and we absolutely loved the house. It's big, spacious, and comes with everything you'll need. Robin and Mario have gone above and beyond to help us out with anything we may need. They're honestly the best. We have never faced a problem in our stay. The neighborhood is incredibly safe and close to everything. There's a 7-eleven at a 6 minute walk from the house and the nearest metrorail is only 8-10 minutes on foot. Super accessible and overall a 10/10 experience!

Wonderful location, comfie house

We have enjoyed our stay. We loved the space. The beds are comfortable, linens great, & working blinds on all the windows. The kitchen is well supplied, and everything in good working condition. Robin is the MOST RESPONSIVE landlord, & very concerned about the home & renters. My daughter needed good access to Jackson Memorial hospital, which was a 15 minute drive away. The neighbors enjoy music and barbecues on weekends, with incredible scents in the air. It was easy to get around Miami and to the Keys.

Felt at Home

I recently stayed at this property , and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The property was very secure, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. It had a homely atmosphere, and I truly felt right at home. Everything was perfect, and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay!

Best owner best house

The house is soooo big so amazing has back n front yard, rooms r big living room too. The location of the house is so so so perfect everything u could think of in miami would be less than 20mins even the beach!. The owner is so nice she is reachable understandable she is the best

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

One of the best houses Ive ever rented. The owners are really nice to us, they care a lot about the tenants and the house needs. Literally, the house is so comfortable. The neighborhood doesnt really look creepy as in the pictures, in fact, it is really safe and friendly neighborhood. R and M are very good people to deal with, they are very white-hearted landlords.

3 months stay

Ayala house was exactly the same as the pictures!! It was really clean, super comfortable and located around 6 mins from Miami Airport. The appliances all worked great, and Ayala was also very responsive and easy to get in touch with. My roommate and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be open to renting again!!! Would recommend, 20/10.

Amazing Home with Amazing Landlords

R and M are amazing. The most kind and warm hearted landlords that always check in and are there for you whenever you need them. The house is also amazing with great finishes and tons of space for 3 people to stay. Will definitely rent there again when Im back in Miami.

Great stay!

My coworker and I rented the entire home for our 3 month contract at UMH. R and M were super attentive to our needs. The house was nicely prepared and cleaned for our arrival. Its a pretty convenient location as most things to do in miami are about 15min away. The furniture and house set up was really nice. The yard is fenced in and the gates have locks. Now i wouldnt be a good reviewer if i didnt mention the following: I know safety is the #1 concern for us traveler's, and as someone not from Miami or a big city, the neighborhood can look rough from an outsider's perspective. But I have to say that we never had any kinds of issues or felt unsafe during our stay. They have security cameras that's connected to a monitor in one of the rooms for your safety. They also shared their ring doorcam access with us so that we can get notifications. If i ever take an assignment in miami again i would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.
