Excellent stay!!

I stayed here with my best friend while we were on a travel nursing contract at deaconess in town. We loved staying here. Very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, utensils; everything that you need. The neighborhood is beautiful and there is a river walk and bars/restaurants within a short walking distance. Hosts are very responsive, respectful, and friendly. Plenty of parking in front of the main house. Never an issue. Not to mention, the carriage house is full of charm. Very unique and just simply cool. I cant recommend it enough. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Perfect for a log stay

Me and my travel partner stayed here for a 3 month assignment and loved it. This property is in a beautiful historic area downtown. The area has a lot of activities/events going on. The owners are on site and a wonderful couple, quick to help with any needs. We were both night shifters and were always able to sleep peacefully during the day time. Will stay here again if we find ourselves back in Evansville.

Perfect for my summer work assignment. Had everything I look for in a place, including a fenced in yard for the dog.
