Great Place, Prime Location!

Great place in a prime location ! Spotless clean with modern furnishings. Can't say enough praise for the host ! Very easy to communicate with Paul, he is a great and considerate and will work with you to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible! Highly recommend his place. We are already planning our next trip to AZ and definitely staying at Paul's place again !

Perfect location

Paul was extremely responsive and kind. The apartment was homey and comfortable. The area is wonderful and close to anything needed. Costco across the street, Target is a couple of blocks away, tons of choices for food, and next to a park. I felt safe and my stay was enjoyable. Would definitely book again with him!

Updated condo in Perfect Location! Responsive Owner!

Bright and well appointed condo has all you need for a comfortable stay! Quiet, park like gated community in a beautiful area of NE Phoenix! It's near so many different shops, restaurants, and parks! Quick ride to downtown without the interstate messy traffic too. Paul is quick to respond to questions and needs! I had a great stay!

Nice condo

Nice size condo for two people. Location is great with good restaurants and grocery stores close by. Easy access to attractions within the city by way of highways for city streets. Trips to Tucson, Sedona, Prescott, and even Tombstone are possible for day trips. Kitchen is well equipped for both short term and long term rentals. Condo has two nice TV's and a comfortable queen size bed. Paul, the condo owner, lives close by and very helpful if something needs to be done.

Quiet, comfortable, and great location! Wonderful host

I stayed here for 3 weeks and the host was very easy to work with. The condo was clean, area was very quiet. Covered parking was just around the corner and uncovered parking was only steps away. I work in IT and am 100% remote, so Internet access is very important for me. The Internet was solid for both work and fun. Great food options in the area. Anytime I had a concern or request, the host was on top of it. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the couch was equally comfortable to chill on. Laundry (at the time of review) was $1.50/load for washing or drying and uses the CSC Go app. I had no issues with the laundry facilities. Everything seems well-maintained. They also let you add on dry time for free. The pool is nice, seemed barely used while I was there. TL;DR: Great site, would 100% recommend, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Stay :)

I cannot say enough about how hospitable, caring and professional P was during the booking process and throughout my entire stay. His place is fully stocked with every necessity and he responds promptly if there is something missing. The space was very clean, neat and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and the light-cancelling shades really helped. The only downfall is the laundry room is a building away, but P provides you with a rolling laundry cart, detergent and softener while the laundry is the easiest laundry Ive used (easy app to pay and it tells you which machines are open, how much time yours has left, etc.). The surround neighborhood is safe, the community is gated (which was very important to me being a young single female!). You are 3 miles from The Scottsdale Quarter, closer to other high end restaurants and a quick 20 min drive to Old Town. I HIGHLY recommend. BONUS: the outdoor patio with a fan to keep you cool, that overlooks mountains in the distance!

Great Condo with Even Better Location!

I stayed with P for my first travel assignment, and I couldnt have asked for a better place or a better host. The condo is in a fantastic location with VERY easy access to the 51 (when you live in Phoenix you will appreciate this). A literal stone throw from a ton of shopping. The condo is safe and within a gated community with covered parking. Paradise Valley is a fantastic neighborhood to be in while in Phoenix! P is so attentive and will do anything to make your stay perfect. If I ever come back to Phoenix, I would not hesitate to stay here again! :)

Great condo and the best location in Phoenix!

I had a fantastic experience with my 3 months stay at this condo in 2022. The location is amazing, you are close to literally everything and walking distance to many restaurants and Target. The complex is quiet, well-maintained grounds and the people in the community are friendly. The pool is heated which was very enjoyable and was never crowded. P is an amazing host and really goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything and is very responsive. If you are considering this listing, don't hesitate as the location is the best and P is so great. I feel like I really lucked out with renting this condo.
