Best Location in Lex!

I stayed here for 3 months and the place was so great some of my coworkers moved in after me! The location of this property was the best part. Very close to the hospitals, downtown, Keeneland, and anything else you might ever need. Elijah and Aleigh were awesome landlords and were quick to help with any needs or questions. Will always recommend this place to travelers in the area.

The Perfect Spot!

I can not rave enough about this property and the property owners. I have been a traveling healthcare worker for over 2 years and Aleigh and Elijah are hands down the best landlords Ive ever had. They are a very helpful, kind, caring couple who love their city and can tell you where all the cool spots are! They are very passionate about helping travelers find a comfortable, safe temporary home; and this property did just that. The neighborhood is quite and walking distance to Baptist Health, and UK and less than 15 minutes from downtown. Cant go wrong!

Excellent property

This property was perfect for my friend and I. Directly across the street from Baptist hospital and less than a mile from UK. House was very clean and E(owner) was incredibly nice, helpful, and very attentive when anything was needed. Neighborhood was nice and safe, assigned parking spots. No difficulty parking even on game days. Walking distance from the Uk Stadium.
