Thank you for the great stay!

We stayed for 6 months as we were in between homes. The accommodations fit us perfectly. The apartment was quiet, well kept, and offered exactly what we needed. Our landlords, who live upstairs to the basement apartment were very kind and took care of any problems very quickly. They provided excellent communication during every part of our process and consider them friends since we have moved out.

Perfect location

I stayed here for 3 months with my dog and we loved it. The apartment had everything you would need for a short term stay. The street was very quiet and I felt safe when walking my dog. Cynthia was so easy to work with; she communicated with me and everything from start to end was smooth. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back in the area. Loved my stay!

Superb hosts and excellent location!

My husband and I stayed with our little dog for four months while we prepared for our overseas move. Cynthia and her family are wonderful hosts and made sure everything in the chalet was always in perfect order. The property is beautifully situated with good access to major routes while also being very private and quiet. We also rented part of the enclosed garage space which was an absolute necessity for our situation and super difficult to find for rent in Atlanta. Overall, our time at the Chalet was beautiful and I highly recommend this property and hosts.

Fabulous apartment

I've been a traveling nurse now for over 8 years. This apartment is high on my list if not the best. Very QUIET with amazing natural light you would not think it was a lower level apartment. Cynthia was very accommodating when it came to my dog. She even stepped in to help when my dog walker was out of town. I really enjoyed the bistro table on my porch to read and sip a glass of wine at. Highly recommend this apartment

Excellent Housing

My son and I had the opportunity to stay in this in law unit. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and uncomplicated. The apartment is very spacious, clean and had everything you would need for a short, medium and/or long stay. My son and I felt comfortable throughout our entire stay and C and her family are literally like family now. They were all so supportive of my son and I throughout our last minute unforeseen transitions we were going through. Close proximity to shopping, dining and everything you would need. Quiet, family oriented neighborhood. I would stay here any time with no hesitation if the chance was to rise again. I would recommend this listing to anyone with good faith that they would enjoy their stay, as I did.

Great Experience, Best Housing!

We stayed in this property with my husband and our dog for two months. The apartment is in a safe, peaceful, and family-oriented neighborhood. We were moving from abroad, and our landlords made everything smoother. It was a clean, well-furnished apartment. We enjoyed a fully stacked and furnished kitchen. Our landlords thought about every detail that we might need. They were so responsive, helpful, considerate, friendly, and sweet. We're glad to meet with them and stay in their apartment. Definitely, we're recommending it to whoever needs it.

Awesome stay

We stayed at this property while awaiting our new home to be finished. C**** and R**** were super nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond expectations. They also did some cat sitting for us while we were away! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and there was plenty of storage. Even though it was a basement apartment there was plenty of light and windows. The window sills were a hit with our cat and the entryway French doors were a hit with our pup.

Best housing and landlords weve had so far! Our dogs loved the big backyard. C and R have thought of everything you need. They are the most flexible people, as well as considerate.

Such an awesome place to stay. The hosts were very gracious and understanding about my crazy work schedule. They made me and my traveling fur babies feel at home away from home. Definitely recommend

Wonderful lodging

Well kept, clean, peaceful play to stay!! The landlords are there if you need them and respond quickly but never intrude. I recommend this lovely place to stay 100%!!!!!
