Nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment

Regina was a wonderful host for the entirety of our stay in Ashland! She was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend her to anyone staying in the area!

A Peaceful, Comfortable Home with a Beautiful View

I lived here for 10 months, and it truly felt like a peaceful retreat during my time there. The home was comfortable and well cared for, and I especially loved the beautiful view-it made my time off from work genuinely relaxing. The home was clean and stocked with all the essentials you could need. It has a spacious kitchen to cook in. The bedrooms are cozy and quiet. The neighbors are wonderful and so welcoming. The location is also a huge plus: close to shops, parks, outdoor sites, and just minutes from work, which made daily life incredibly convenient. The owner was always responsive and kind. She made sure any questions or maintenance needs were handled quickly and thoroughly, which gave me peace of mind. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer-my work contract wasn't extended, or I would've happily renewed my lease. I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a cozy, well-managed home away from home! (And I can't wait to come back in the future!!!)

Great place to live!

We stayed for 6 months here and the environment was wonderful. A very well maintained property. Amenities are excellent like: Central air throughout, full kitchen, backyard run with seating area, and is located in a very quiet and private area of Ashland. The downtown Ashland area is a small walk from the property and the freeway is only a 3 minute drive from here as well. Landlord was easy to talk to and respected our privacy while we were there. We would live here again!

Ultra clean with beautiful kitchen

This is a lovely property. The owner has gone above and beyond to ensure convenience and comfort. From a fully stocked kitchen (appliance and implement wise) to lots of linens. The unit is immaculate. There is a darling, private back terrace that is fenced in to keep the occasional wandering deer out but can also leave the back gate open if you would like them to come in and peek through your back windows. There are lots of potted flowers and plants in the back terrace area with chairs, a small table and sun umbrella. the owner is very approachable for any needs. The unit is a very short walk to Ashland and a two minute walk to the local hospital. A ten minute drive to the Medford hospitals. Ashland is an awesome city with lots of culture and unique things to do. We will miss the great restaurants and the lovely city park.
