2 Bed, 2 Bath Beautiful rural setting close to town.

My now husband and I had rented from Jodi for about 7-8 months as we are traveling physical therapists. Jodi has been a fantastic landlord in renting us her family home! She has great communication and was always letting us know of local things going on in the community or recommendations for hiking, restaurants, activities, etc. She is timely, professional, and so kind! If there was ever any issue in the home, a family friend/contractor of hers was almost always on the property that helped fix whatever needed fixing! We really enjoyed our stay in Vermont !

The best landlord and apartment.

Staying here has been a pleasure. Beautiful apartment, beautiful scenery and area. Plenty of places to explore. Jodi has been a such an accommodating landlord. She is very helpful with recommendations and flexible when needed. Having been a traveling professional herself, she understands the dynamics and odd nuances that can arise that aren't necessarily predictable. I am very grateful for this. I highly recommend this property. This is my 3rd contract in Brattleboro, if i return, i will definitely try to make this home again.

Beautiful home in beautiful area

My familys stay at Js home was lovely. The home was spacious, well cared for, and inviting. The kitchen had everything one might need for making home cooked meals. J was very accommodating and kept us apprised of local activities/events that may be of interest to us. During our stay, the contractor, J, was renovating the studio apartment below us. During our interactions, he was very professional, helpful, and kind. J was easy to get in touch with and quick to address any needs that arose during our stay. The area is lovely, and we enjoyed taking walks and soaking in the scenery and nature. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. There is a very large yard with a swing set for children. I would recommend this property to others and stay there again in the future.

A lot to say in only 1k characters!

Worst housing experience of my 6 yr travel career! 10/9-left abruptly due to mold causing health problems, mainly from unprofessional basement reno.10/10-listing updated as available. As of 10/13-changed to avail 11/1 w/commercial dumpster on site. While living there-no dumpster; contaminated debris piled in basement for several months w/continued demo during that time . Voiced concerns were met with defensiveness, excuses, gaslighting, ignoring, and zero consideration for my wellbeing. No active construction discount offered, though not worth it in the end. Would not recommend moving in before ALL work is completed, including master bathroom (also has mold) and closet. Work not being done by reputable contractors, therefore mold not mitigated properly. Proceed with caution, especially if your health is in any way compromised. If concerned after move-in, VT health dept will intervene [only] if complaint received from current tenant. My mistake.
