Casa del Sol - 3 Bedroom Home Located in South LA

We rented this property for approximately 6 months straight & had a wonderful experience. The owner, C, was everything you could ask for in a landlord. We are a group of 3 travel nurses & C worked with us & our unusual travel nurse lifestyle. He was always available if we needed, but never bothered us or invaded our privacy. The house is well maintained & seemed updated recently. We never had any issues of things breaking/not working & never had any neighbor issues (which is rare in the rental world). The area the home is located seemed to have a bad reputation when I would mention it to locals, but do not let this scare you off. We never once felt unsafe when staying there & the other homes on the street are well maintained with good neighbors. This rental is a gem in Los Angeles, for an affordable price compared to other rentals in the area. If we ever come back to south LA, we would definitely stay at the property again.
