Private, safe with a great host!
Jennifer was a great host. Always warm and responsive during my time here. The other tenants were also great, and the space felt very private but also safe at the same time. I had to extend a few times to accommodate the length of my assignment and Jennifer was also super understanding and accommodating!
New renters
This was my first time on furnish Finder and Jennifer made it a great experience! I rented with her for six months, and I have zero complaints. Perfect studio for a traveling nurse. Safe and quiet neighborhood.10 out of 10 recommend.
Im a travel nurse. After my 15 week stay, I have another sister from another mother! Jennifer is a gracious and accommodating host. I miss her already. The space is accommodating and comfortable. True, there is noise from above, but the safety and warm, inviting nature of the host is worth it. She will do whatever is necessary to help your stay fit your needs. Ive never rented a basement apartment before, but if I had another assignment in the area, Id rent from her again. The rent price is great for the area too. Tell her I recommended her cute apartment to you. Kim
5 stars
Jennifer was amazing! She was super responsive and accommodating to my needs. The apartment had everything I needed & more. It was decorated super cute & cozy which made me feel right at home. Parking was great. Would highly recommend.
good for the cost
The neighborhood is pretty quiet but bring noise cancelling headphones if you're going to live here. Grocery stores are 15 minutes away and with the best prices I would choose aldi. You can hear every step and sound from upstairs if the upstairs tenant is home. If you're a night shift worker or like a more quiet environment... I wouldn't recommend. I would recommend a heated blanket if you rent during the colder months because you don't have control over the temperature. The space is very functional but bring extra towels, cleaning supplies, and maybe a drying mat for dishes.
Quiet, private, and responsive
The owner is very responsive and nice! Quiet neighborhood, easy parking. I don't cook much, so the kitchenette is perfect for me, but if you like to cook and entertain, you'd likely prefer a bigger place. It has all the necessities. I really appreciate the private en suite washer/dryer and its being pet friendly. The only downsides are: not walking distance from cafes/shops, the electric system can't support all the appliances at once, and there isn't a lot of storage space. Overall highly recommend it!
