Cozy 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo steps to the Beach

Perfect location!!

This property was perfect location in imperial beach! Steps to the ocean, pool right outside the front door, and a two minute walk to all shops and restaurants down seacoast ave! The property itself was well taken care of, very spacious and clean! This fully furnished condo came with everything one may need. We only needed to bring ourselves and clothes. Condo complex is safe and a friendly environment as well. Laundry was very convenient and easy to do. The condo complex was very dog friendly along with the rest of imperial beach. P was a great landlord throughout the stay, quick to respond and always pleasant. Imperial beach is such an underrated area in San Diego. Its quite and slow but also has tendencies to be busy with bars and events. The area was a perfect balance without being in the craziness of Pacific Beach. 10/10 Recommend!
