Entire Home in Broomfield CO

Just what I was looking for!

I had a great experience staying here. My husband, toddler and I just moved to Colorado from out of state and needed a flexible lease while we searched for a house to buy. This was perfect for our family! The neighbors were friendly, the yard was big enough to play in, and it was very close to the Paul Derda rec center which has a free (!) indoor playspace for toddlers that I visited most days of the week. It is very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and for commuting to either Denver or Boulder. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Sam was very responsive and great to worth with.

A nice house in a good location

This is a very nice house in a quiet family oriented suburban neighborhood. It is very close to shopping, including a very nice Super WalMart, grocery store, Whole Foods, etc. There are a lot of places to eat close by. Multiple parks and open space are within easy walking distance. The house itself is self contained and very clean. It has all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. It is fully furnished with everything you would need, It also has a fenced in backyard with patio furniture. I spent one summer here and liked it enough to rent it again, S was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay.
