Really not suitable for living in. Especially for the amount being asked for rent each month. Needs major updates done including plumbing and water issues addressed. Mice and bug issues, broken windows, broken doors. Overall, do not recommend living here. This house needs to be completely stripped and remodeled before it should be up for rent.

This home has cracked windows, unsafe light fixtures, wires sticking out of the walls, broken doors, mice and bug issues (anything from beetles to flying roaches), water damage issues, poor ventilation, unfit plumbing, structural issues. There are several large openings/damages in the kitchen cabinets, where the wood almost looks chewed. There is a missing frame in between the floor and the kitchen cabinets, when you look through it, it almost reaches the back of the home. The bathroom ceiling periodically drips water without us using the shower, it usually occurs after a rainfall. We have caught 6 or 7 mice. I have been woken up several times to large bugs flying around me, like flying roaches. Shower/sinks back up with water. A plumber has clarified that a house is not equipped to have two laundry units and that causes issues. Sometimes we have been unable to shower for fear the shower tub will over flow with water. Unable to use the washing machines without our neighbors underneath
