Jean Paul is the best roommate one could ask for. From day one he was welcoming, and has been very helpful in my move to San Diego. The apartment is always clean, and there is plenty of space to make yourself at home. The location is also unbeatable.. It feels like everything you could ever need is less than 15 minutes away. J.P. is a great host. He makes sure that his guests feel welcome and comfortable. He is friendly but will also give you space and privacy. J.P. is a great cook and provides very helpful information for those who are new to the area. I am retired and have been traveling with my dog for four years. This apartment is ideal for those with dogs because it is very close to the famous Ocean Beach dog beach and Fiesta Island dog parks. Even for those without dogs, the location is ideal because it provides quick and easy access to the major highways, Coronado, downtown, Balboa Park, and every type of shopping. I look forward to returning to this apartment and San Diego in the future!

My best rented room

I worked nights, and I have to say that I had all the rest I needed. No interruption or noise. It was nice and quiet. The owners hospitality was beyond my expectations. If my assignment was not over I would still be there.

This is the perfect place to stay!

I had a great experience renting this room for my travel nurse assignment. I frequently road my bike downtown and to the beach. I also loved being able to walk to the gym. You have your own bathroom and privacy is not an issue. Living with Jean-Paul was super easy and a perfect roommate! Would highly recommend this apartment!
