We are less than 5 miles to DH and not far to many other hospitals. Alice Peck Day is a short walk. The rail trail which is great for biking, walking, and skiing is across the street so it easy to enjoy our centrally-located home. We have many wonderful hiking/skiing/ice skating areas within 15 minutes of our home. We have many restaurants within a mile. Happy to help with any of these.

Deb is unethical and unprofessional. After signing a lease extension through July, she rented our unit to someone else without telling us. We only found out after asking about another extension. She never asked, never gave noticejust rented it out from under us. The unit was filthy at move-in (dust, stains, black mold, dog bone). She later admitted she and her daughter cleaned it. Dishwasher was broken (not new as claimed), baseboards fell off and we were blamedher handyman confirmed poor installation. She uses inaccurate photos and mixes up apartment furnishings. When concerns were raised, she called us difficult and hung up. She retaliates instead of taking responsibility. Do not rent from Debshe is disorganized, dishonest, and has no regard for tenants.

As you can tell from the other reviews, Kalis perspective isunique. The unit was not filthy, but it certainly could have - and should have - been cleaner. We apologized and made it right. There was NO black mold. Kali removed all the baseboards instead of calling me to ask for the one that had come loose to be fixed. The dishwasher had worked for the previous renters. Regarding our phone conversation Unfortunately I felt I had no other option but to terminate our phone call as it became unproductive and it did not appear Kali was in the appropriate state to move the conversation forward in a manner that would feel helpful for all parties It appears that Kalis expectations may be better aligned with a fully staffed, concierge-style rental experience. There seemed to be some confusion on her part regarding the nature of the rental, and while we made every effort to address her concernsincluding offering financial reimbursementshe ultimately remained dissatisfied. Kali is demanding, difficult, entitled and borderline abusive.

    I love what I do! I used to coach sports but those days are over so I consider my renters "my team" I love the outdoors and all the activities that go with it. Happy to share our Upper Valley adventures with you. We spend time in other places so we can help with our Grandkids. I have very helpful and responsive repair people if I need them. I don't need them often because the apartments are so new.
