Great Place.

I'm m a traveling medical professional and rented out Apartment 2B (the smallest upstairs apartment) for a combined time of about 1.5 years. The apartment was in fine condition, clean, and in a good location. Deb the land lord was very attentive and and responsive whenever any issue came up. The day I moved in I found that the hot water in the shower did not work. It's was fixed within a few days. When my schedule switched to night shift I requested black out curtains be installed in the bedroom and she also took care of that as well. Overall I had a great experience here and would stay again.

Fantastic apartment

This was the perfect spot for my son who spent a month at Dartmouth medical school for a sub-internship. The apartment had every amenity he would have wanted. The location was perfect and Deb was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property and landlord.

LOCATION

Weve had a great experience living here. This isnt a corporate or concierge-style propertyits a locally owned rental with a small-town landlord who genuinely cares. Theyve been kind, accessible, and flexible any time weve needed support, and truly want tenants to feel at home. The location is idealjust minutes from the hospital, the rail trail, and downtown. Its also incredibly pet friendly, which has been a huge plus for our family. You dont often find a place that welcomes pets and treats tenants like real people. If youre looking for something sterile and hotel-like, this isnt the place for youId suggest one of the big buildings near the hospital. But expect to pay more and be treated as a number, not a person. If you value comfort, kindness, and community over corporate polish, this is a great place to call home.

Deb is unethical and unprofessional. After signing a lease extension through July, she rented our unit to someone else without telling us. We only found out after asking about another extension. She never asked, never gave noticejust rented it out from under us. The unit was filthy at move-in (dust, stains, black mold, dog bone). She later admitted she and her daughter cleaned it. Dishwasher was broken (not new as claimed), baseboards fell off and we were blamedher handyman confirmed poor installation. She uses inaccurate photos and mixes up apartment furnishings. When concerns were raised, she called us difficult and hung up. She retaliates instead of taking responsibility. Do not rent from Debshe is disorganized, dishonest, and has no regard for tenants.
