This apartment is brand new! It is less than 5 miles to DH. We are right across the street from the rail trail which is great for walking, skiing, biking. This unit has a washer and dryer in unit which is very handy. I converted a closed down Veterinary hospital to make these 5 apartments in a extremely convenient location especially for travel nurses. Everyone loves the apartments and most renew two to three times!

Deb is unethical and unprofessional. After signing a lease extension through July, she rented our unit to someone else without telling us. We only found out after asking about another extension. She never asked, never gave noticejust rented it out from under us. The unit was filthy at move-in (dust, stains, black mold, dog bone). She later admitted she and her daughter cleaned it. Dishwasher was broken (not new as claimed), baseboards fell off and we were blamedher handyman confirmed poor installation. She uses inaccurate photos and mixes up apartment furnishings. When concerns were raised, she called us difficult and hung up. She retaliates instead of taking responsibility. Do not rent from Debshe is disorganized, dishonest, and has no regard for tenants.
Great location! Attentive and active property owner. Recent upgrades being done now for added comfort.

I love what I do! I used to coach sports but those days are over so I consider my renters "my team" I love the outdoors and all the activities that go with it. Happy to share our Upper Valley adventures with you. We spend time in other places so we can help with our Grandkids. I have very helpful and responsive repair people if I need them. I don't need them often because the apartments are so new.
