Great stay!

Great stay that I would recommend to anyone need a furnished place to stay in Cincinnati! This places has quite a few exceptional characteristics that I loved. First and foremost there is a private parking lot. No fighting for on street parking. The back porch /patio areas is absolutely lovely when the weather is nice. There is a full gym downstairs in the basement that the tenants have access to which is awesome. You do have to go anywhere and can still get a killer workout in. The location is convenient and easily accessible. You will be about 5 minutes to the interstate and near tons of local restaurants, bars and shops. Lastly, I really enjoyed the open concept living room and dinning room area. I was obsessed with the reading nook and comfy couch! Overall the landlord was super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend him and the unit to anyone! :)

Exceeded Expectations

This place truly is a home away from home. Safely tucked away off of a main road, the Craftsman's Paradise has its own parking lot! There is ample space to stretch your legs and feel comfortable and safe inside of this beautiful house. The interior has been updated with modernistic flair and amenities and still has the charm of a time when things were built to last-- a nice blend of function and fashion. The host was more than accommodating for any questions that I had and the things that I needed, especially during the blizzard on Christmas! The house kept us warm and safe during our stay and there were no issues with any of the utilities. The host provides a home gym downstairs which is unheard of! There is a tenant upstairs who turned out to be a great neighbor who can answer any questions you might have. The house is nestled in a nice area that is centrally located. I will be back if I ever have another work assignment in the area. Thanks again M!
