This was a split level 5 bedroom home that I separated into a duplex. There are two separate doors one for each unit. There is no access from upper to lower unit. I am located close to shopping, and main highway access, I-5, highway 99, and highway 167. There are a few different parks about a mile away. Very nice, safe neighborhood.
