Music Room

I really enjoyed my stay! Gwen is so sweet and accommodating! My room was perfect and had everything I needed. I shared a bathroom but I had no problems with that arrangement. The other tenant was respectful and helped keep it clean. And I loved that I had my own refrigerator! You can't beat the price, especially for Nashville. I definitely would go back if I had the opportunity and recommend it for anyone else interested.

Great place, amazing landlord

Loved my stay here, Gwen was such a sweetheart! The room was nice and spacious, and having the ability to have my own bathroom was icing on the cake. Definitely would recommend and rent here again

Comfortable &Clean

I really enjoyed my stay here. The home was well kept and clean. I was provided with everything I needed. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Queit and clean suite

Ms. G was a wonderful host! I really enjoyed my stay there. It was quiet and clean. The suite is very spacious and comfortable. Any questions or concerns she was quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend her suite!

Music City Room Review

This was a great property to stay at! Super quiet, close to everything and G was fantastic! Everything was well communicated in advance and I really enjoyed staying here! Felt very safe and well accommodated for! I would recommend this property!

Quiet and Clean

G was very accommodating and has great hospitality. I felt welcomed the moment I inquired about the room. I rented out the upstairs bedroom, ITS VERY SPACIOUS and CLEAN. G is very prompt about getting things fixed or whatever issues arise. She even watched my dog a few times which is a plus I knew my dog would be safe with her. The home has lots of security and is priced well.

PERFECT for Shift Workers

The property is in a perfect location and very quiet which is very important as I work the night shift. The host(s) were EXTREMELY accommodating and answered any questions I had quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful home!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this home. The property was close to work and the land lady was very accommodating. I highly recommend. They do have two dogs however so if you have allergies that is something to take note of. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Peaceful and Beautiful Home

I rented out the Music City room during my stay. The decor was exactly as pictured. Even the outside scenery is beautiful. The location is not too far from hospitals located downtown. The landlord was very helpful and answered all questions thoroughly before renting. She even provided a video call for comfort. The house is very peaceful. As a nightshift worker, I never had problems with sleeping during the day. I had no issues during my stay and would recommend her home to other travelers.

Awesome Place

I stayed at C's place during my 12 week contract with Vanderbilt and had the best experience imaginable! The house and rooms are beautiful and cozy. Best of all its near the 2 major interstates, just 7miles(15 minutes)from work, & across the street from the gas station,a neighborhood market and 2 miles from Kroger . The Music City room that I reserved is nice and super quiet it even came with my own personal parking space! I really appreciated the small details like ample towels, free water in the fridge and bedroom upon arrival and a welcome note. The WiFi is super strong (I measured 120mbps) and on my days off I was able to game on without any issues. I routinely travel with my own flat screen and upon seeing this the landlord upgraded my rooms 32 inch tv up to a 42inch & swapped the dates armoire out for a brand new tv stand which not only simplified my travel but really improved the look of the bedroom & my gaming experience.

Home Sweet Home

G was a gracious host!!! Prior to me booking with her, the communication was excellent! She was very warm and inviting and I love that she thoughtfully designed the space. She made accommodations for things I didn't even consider!!! My room was beautifully decorated as well as the common areas. I can tell she takes pride in the home and overall upkeep of the property. Which made it easy for me to decide to stay there. The rental agreement was clear concise. She was flexible on payment methods which was also an added bonus. I will be sure to contact her again if I ever come back to Nashville and will continue to refer other nurses to her.

Beyond Beautiful & Peaceful

The landlord was kind, honest and very accommodating. This upstairs apartment had an open floor plan that was beautiful & beyond HUGE!! Make sure to ask for the video. Best of all it was clean, quiet, and within a close proximity to Vanderbilt, the interstate and downtown.

Great !

Really enjoyed my stay here ! Very home like, quiet and relaxing especially on my off days. Enjoyed the creek/forest view from the bedroom window. Loved the idea of having my own space without having to disturb anyone. The place is a whole apartment in itself. Host was very nice and accommodating ! I would definitely stay again if I ever worked in Nashville . If youre a healthcare worker and looking for a great place with reasonable pricing I highly suggest this place.

Special space

Stayed here will on assignment in Nashville. The owner is very accommodating. And a got to have my pups. The space is huge. And is artistic. Very nice. It was comfortable and easy access to the hospitals. The view from the upstairs is beautiful and tranquil. Loved staying here.
