Amazing unit!

This unit is a perfect rental for travelers! The view is amazing! Rich was very good at communicating and helping with anything you need. It is very close to tons of restaurants, shops, and trails to explore. I highly recommend this if you are looking for somewhere in Portland.

Best Furnished Finder Housing Ever!

Richard's house has been my favorite place to stay of all of the housing I've experienced. The condo is stocked with everything you need and there is amazing water pressure! Richard is so easy to work with & communication is very easy with him. You can extend and I was able to stay in the condo for one year. The condo is blocks away from the popular 21st/23rd street area, lined with amazing stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Also, right across the street is a path to Washington Park Forest, the Rose Gardens & the Japanese Gardens. The view is better in person and you wake up to stellar sunsets every morning. I worked night shift and the bedroom was dark enough to sleep well if the door was closed and the King-sized bed was a dream. Richard has impeccable taste and all of the furnishings are absolutely perfect! You have your own parking spot right by your unit and the area is very safe. This place is a dream and I highly recommend Richard's place to everyone!

Great spot

This is a very nice and super comfortable condo, plus great location. R is extremely easy to work with and accommodating. The place is located right on the edge of the city across from Washington Park. The unit is also located at the end of the complex so it's really quiet but the city is right there. Very close to Zupans and Starbucks, and the electric blinds are a nice touch. I would absolutely stay there again. Thanks again R!
