The perfect home

I ended up staying here for almost a year as I traveled back as a RN. I couldnt ask for better landlords (awesome communication and kindness). This house has so much character. The beds are very comfortable, it was clean, and very safe. The neighbors were kind, friendly, and quiet. One had even brought me an Easter basket! They are mostly older couples or families. There is a middle school down the block on the corner as well. The backyard was perfect for the dog I was fostering who was deaf. I was even able to plant a small garden in the back yard. It is also a great neighborhood for walking your dog with a small park a block away. It is central to Barnes or short way to jump onto 64 or 44 to SLU or other hospitals as well. There are some neighborhoods that feel unsafe in St. Louis now and this is NOT one of them. This is one that will continue to feel safe due to the location and people that live here. this is a gem and you will be so happy here.

Must stay

This place is in the perfect spot! Safe and walkable neighborhood, conveniently located near downtown and Brentwood. Landlords are super responsive and quick to fix anything needed. Perfect home away from home. 10/10 would stay again on another contract.

Perfect Place in STL

P and J have an amazing house and are amazing landlords. They worked with us and our pups for a year. This house is in a wonderful and safe neighborhood with awesome neighbors. Super walkable, and everything is close by. If youre having reservations about this property I promise youll love it!
