Excellent Hospitality, Private studio

D was very friendly and accommodating during my stay in the studio. It was a great place to stay during my transition of relocating to my new job. I felt like I had everything I needed including the private entrance, cooktop, and two closets of space to use. Would definitely recommend! The studio is clean, has fast wifi, and has easy access to laundry.

Comfortable Private Space

I thoroughly enjoyed my 1 month stay. The property is a studio unit that extends from the property owner's house. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth and the unit was thoroughly cleaned. It is private, comfortable, and in a safe area. The unit itself has a private entrance on the side of the house, and D provides driveway parking space if you have a car. It includes a private bathroom, closet space, and semi-full kitchenette (sink, drawers, microwave, hot plate), and a comfortable large bed. Additionally, there is a couch for lounging, and dining table with a wall-mounted television. I highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Great host and space

D was a great host. She was very attentive to my needs and comfort. It was easy to communicate with her. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a separate entrance and I was provided with my own parking space in her driveway. She has a garden where you can sit and relax. The washer and dryer were inside the garage which was accessible. I work days and there was no problem coordinating our schedules when we were both home. D was very accommodating and understanding. She even recommended places for me to check out during my stay in Sacramento. I felt safe and enjoyed my time in Ds place. Thank you very much for hosting me and for all your help.

Great Place!

D was a great host! Shes very nice and checked on us regularly. Its a room in her house with a private entrance and is separate from where she resides. We worked nights and she was very quiet during the day. It had more than plenty, two bathroom sinks, two closets, a TV, a kitchen sink, a small burner to cook food, and a fridge. It was also very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you D!
