Great property and location. Comfy Bed. I did not need to purchase a mattress topper. Loved staying here. Heat is older radiator/floor board style. (My opinion is it isn't as precise as the newer digital thermostats) I typically run cold and felt I had to bump it up every once in a while to take out the draft/chill. Decent (older) washer and dryer. So nice to have. Definitely a luxury I don't always get. The property manager Mardell is a gem. Very accommodating. Relatively quite neighbors. Nice. One of them always brought my garbage can in knowing I worked 12 hours on Wednesdays. So sweet. Parking for one car, but there is also street parking available. I would 100% rent this again.

Great Location!

I stayed here for a travel assignment at Penn State and it was great! Quiet part of town, off street parking was a WIN, and it was a quick drive to the hospital. The washer was broken during my stay, but there were multiple laundromats nearby to toss in a wash and bring home to dry. The mattress was a little more firm than I prefer but after a few nights it gave a little- I slept well! As a solo female traveler safety is a big concern and I felt very safe the entirety of my stay and would recommend this location to anyone. I would absolutely stay here again should I be back in the area.
