I want to thank Bren for such a wonderful experience in Albuquerque I was there for 10 months while on contract with a hospital there as a traveler. I traveled with my pup and we both loved our time there . I was close to hospital and very close to everything . Gracious and very responsive host . The neighbors were also very nice to me . I look forward to coming back to Albuquerque and staying at one of Bren,s casitas again !!

ABQ rental

The experience was wonderful! The host was kind, understanding, and quick to respond with any concerns or needs. The price for the location with pet accommodations was competitive and appreciated. If I ever find myself in Albuquerque again I will definitely be reaching out!

Clean and Well-maintained

I stayed here for about three months and had a great experience overall. The landlord was consistently responsive, punctual, and very easy to communicate with. Anytime I had a question or needed something, she was quick to respond and genuinely kind throughout my stay. There was one minor issue when the washer was temporarily out of order, but it was handled extremely quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. It was clear that she cared about making sure everything was taken care of without unnecessary delays. The place itself is comfortable and well-maintained, and the experience was stress-free from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend staying here, especially for anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and pleasant landlord.

First stay at Abq

I am very grateful for Bren for helping me because I was having a hard time finding a place that allowed pets . Her place was very nice and clean . I liked the fact that she has a great security system to keep nurses extra safe . It also close to many restaurants, Sprouts and Whole foods grocery store . Brenda is always checking on her property and she always responds in a timely manner if you have a problem . Water is nice and hot , bed are very comfortable. Also the neighbors were friendly as well .

Great for travel workers.

Spent 3 months here and it was great! Location is good and easy to get to hospitals. Never had any issues. Would recommend!

Convenient & Comfortable

Everything you need on one bill for a good price. Fast internet, nice clean interior, and a powerful air-conditioner. Very close to Sandia National Laboratories, groceries, and downtown. Convenient for seasonal work or even a vacation. Highly recommend

Cozy place, fast internet

B was easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any issues I had. The property had all the amenities I was looking for: large table, fast internet (for gaming in my free time), privacy fence. The bed was comfortable and although the shower was a little small, it was adequate for what I needed. I love the keurig for coffee! Would come back to stay if I got another contract in the area. Fantastic stay!

Close to everything, quiet and perfect for me and my small dog. Husband came and went a few times and plenty of room for two. Landlord is responsive and respects privacy/night shift sleep schedule. 10/10 would recommend! Drive to Presbyterian was approx 12 mins on side streets.

Travel for work

I had a great stay here :-) it has everything you need while youre away from home. The fenced in backyard and parking on the property was super helpful. B was great at responding in a timely manner.

Amazing home with everything you need!

The unit was immaculately cleaned, had everything I could have possibly needed and was very close to work. The land lords were so welcoming and its clear they take pride in their properties.

Wonderful Experience

B was an absolute pleasure to rent from! Any and everything that I needed was taken care of promptly with genuine care! The neighborhood is quite and in close proximity to lots of attractions and food places. I would 100% recommend her and her properties for quality and value!

Excellent stay

We had a very good experience here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, and came completely equipped. B was the perfect landlord; kind, helpful, and always available if needed. No complaints from us!
