Great Apartment in Southie

This apartment was the best place we stayed over a two year contract in Boston. Fiona is wonderful and was so responsive any time we had an issue. The bedrooms are both big with plenty of storage. The living room is a great place to just relax during the evenings and the beach is a three minute walk away. Highly recommend

Great housing!

This was a great place to live during my assignment at Boston medical. The space is large clean and new. Its located on a safe street with tons of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Theres a parking spot which is pretty rare in this area so getting around was very easy. F is very kind and responsive will get back to you right away with anything you may need. Overall great place to live in Boston!

Great stay in Southie

We really enjoyed our stay here in Southie. Having parking is such a luxury in this part of Boston!! Also very easy walk to stop and shop, Walgreens, and many restaurants. Apartment was cozy, bed was comfortable, it had everything we needed. Cant wait to come back!!

Great experience

Overall great experience with this unit. It was very clean and tasteful. The location was great and in a safe neighborhood as a single female. F the landlord was very accommodating to all of my needs. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and space in the heart of the city!

I LOVED this place I wish I could have stayed longer with my work assignment. The landlord is communicative, responsive and her place was clean and spacious! There is also parking in the back which is unheard of for this area. Shared laundry (separate washer and dryer) in the basement which was great!

Great location, very comfortable and clean!

I stayed in Fs property last summer and it was wonderful. This place is just a few minute walk to the beach which was lovely. Also having a parking spot proved very helpful in South Boston as parking on the street can be tricky. I also loved how close it was to fun bars and restaurants. Most importantly it was super easy to get to work with the bus stop being right out front of the apartment. If I am ever back in Boston for work I will definitely being staying here again!
