Great Property!

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Property managers were always available for any issues I had and were quick to respond to any requests. Lots of good amenities available in the room and it was very nice having free laundry facilities on site. Highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a short term rental and to any traveling health professionals.

Not the best experience

I am not a city person, but there was a window, however, I didnt open the shades because there was someone that changed their oil on there motor bike and left it, along with garage and a dirty outdoor grill outside window. There was blood and a toenail from a animal in the bed. Ceiling tile that fell into bathroom sink. Oven was not cleaned. There was a George Forman grill that was not cleaned and was full of grease. Floors needed to be vacuumed. I paid the $100 cleaning fee before I got there, but the person before me did too, I am sure! I did let the management company know asap and I moved asap. Wish I would of received my $100 back, however, next time I will know to be aware before paying. All I can say is that, I had a roof over my head until I found a great place. Leaving early after paying a months rent stinks, but I am happier now!
