great spot

Its a perfect spot for a traveler working in Medford. Outside of town in the country, yet 12 min from the main shopping (target, rei, trader joe's....) area. One bed room quiet cottage furnished comfortably with everything you need. Host live next door in the main house. If you need anything, they are around, if not you have your own space. Jacksonville and several wineries are minutes down the road.

Everything You Need

This cottage was perfect! Pam & Gerald have practically everything you need besides clothes! They are a very nice couple and were always very helpful & available for anything that may have came up. I felt very safe & comfortable here! Beautiful land to walk around, super nice and cute doggies! Perfect location as well!

Cottage just outside Jacksonville

I stayed with Gerald and Pam for three months. Very clean and efficient cottage. Beautiful property with three well behaved dogs. I am in the process of moving into the area. They were very helpful in introducing me to Oregon. Made me feel right at home. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!

I highly recommend this property! Pam and Gerald were the most wonderful hosts. They are exceptionally kind, accommodating and thoughtful people. I loved having delicious fresh eggs from their chickens :) The property is in a great location. It is clean, very well decorated, and full of natural light! It has all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. I loved my time in the cottage and would absolutely stay here again.

best stay!!

I stayed with Pam and Ger for about 6 months for a travel contract and it was my favorite place yet!! The cottage was so clean and has everything you need! It is also secluded and peaceful, but only 10-15 minutes away from all of the restaurants/shops you can think of! They made sure prior to my arrival i had some snacks/drinks stocked and always brought me over goodies and invited me over for home cooked meals! Cant recommend staying here enough!

Cottage

13 week stay, washer and dryer in unit, this property has a full kitchen which was nice because alot of the properties on this sight for this price doesn't. Great location, 3 friendly dogs that will greet you after a long day. Owners are friendly will often bring you delicious treats.

Perfectly Cozy and Peaceful

P and J were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming, super friendly and accommodating. Pam took the time to ask me what some of my favorite treats were and surprised me with having them there to greet me upon my arrival. The house was so cozy and very clean. As a bonus, if you love dogs, they have 3 wonderful pups that take their "Welcome" committee job very seriously. Would love to stay again in the future. If you're thinking of taking an assignment in the Medford area, I highly recommend. T :o)

Unforgettable Rental

This is the most special rental! The property location is convenient to Medford, Jacksonville, and Central Point. In addition to be peaceful and beautifully kept, it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with stunning views and surrounding farm life. Storage is plentiful and the unit is truly fully furnished, including everything necessary to live comfortably. P and G are unbelievably accommodating and welcoming. They have thought of every detail to make the cottage feel like home. Chickens, goats, and dogs are also available for 'pets' and visits. I will forever treasure the memories spent as their neighbor and tenant. My only regret is not being able to stay longer!

Wonderful Place!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Not only are Pam and Gerald wonderful people, but they are amazing hosts! The place is in a lovely setting, quiet and away from the noise of town, but an easy commute to necessities, including the hospitals in Medford. The space has all the perfect touches, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and there is plenty of storage throughout the cottage. You have your own parking space and a washer & dryer in unit! Pam and Gerald are full of knowledge about the area and are always there when you need them! Definitely recommend!

Cute Country Cottage

The cottage was absolutely perfect! I have completed 8 different contracts by now and this little place is definitely one of my favorites. They have provided more furnishings than any other place I've stayed - which is so nice. It is located just outside of town but everything seems to be within a 15-20 minute drive. As a nightshift RN sleeping all day, I loved not hearing traffic or busy streets. Pam and Gerald have done a fabulous job with the property and were great landlords. Also, their cute pups always were the best greeters after a long shift at the hospital!

Perfect cottage for two weeks or a a few months!

Without a doubt a great place to rent! I spent about two months here and really felt at home, even with the short time I spent there. I needed to bring almost nothing with me as they had all kitchen, laundry, bedding, linens, parking, TV, and entertainment needs. The property the cottage is on is very spacious and picturesque with great views of the mountains (especially Mt. McLoughlin). You're also close to Jacksonville, Medford, Ashland and the forest! Pam and Gerald were great landlords and are respectful of boundaries, whatever they may be. Great place to "plug and play" your life!

A Top Notch Place

My stay at the cottage was a very pleasant and comfortable one. A top quality accommodation that had everything I needed, and then some. The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen completely equipped (I like to cook.), convenient washer & dryer, full bathroom and plentiful storage space. Location was quiet and pleasant in the countryside. Great views too. I really enjoyed living on the wonderful little farm... A wonder refuge from a busy work day!. Landlords Pam and Gerald are the best too. Friendly people willing to help in any way. Overall, a highly recommended place to rent!!

Better than home

I rented this property for 3 months while working in the area. Well furnished cottage with high quality furniture/bedding,linens, everything you could need and more. Literally all you need to bring is your own food. There is a dedicated parking spot under the carport. It is located on a quiet road with a beautiful views. It is extremely quiet and tranquil day or night. Town is just a short drive away. Pam and Gerald are excellent land lords and was always quick to respond with any concerns or questions. I had 0 issues while staying at this residence and highly recommend this property
