Outstanding!

I stayed here for a short period during the winter, and the space was incredibly comfortable and inviting as a guest. The landlords were very friendly and considerate; they were respectful and kind from beginning to end. The kitchenette is small but has all necessary amenities. The heating was effective and there is a portable AC unit available (I never needed to use this). The space has nice natural light through the windows. There is a walk-in closet available. There is ample street parking, but the landlords let me park in their driveway. The wifi was reliable enough, and all basic amenities for cleaning, etc were provided. There are two coffee shops and a few casual restaurants in walking distance. There is a laundromat about 5 blocks away. Highly recommended for a mid-term rental in Portland. Literally no complaints whatsoever!

Perfect Little Studio

I can't recommend this studio enough. I stayed here for 3 months over the summer while working an internship in Portland, and had a wonderful time. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the King size bed was incredible as a college student. I cooked everyday in the kitchenette and found all the equipment and utensils adequate, never unable to finish a dish. J was very kind and accommodating throughout the summer, I couldn't have asked for a better host. It is a perfect commute to downtown Portland, taking me about 20 minutes to get to work in the mornings (not too far, but far enough to not feel like the inner city). It really is a great place to stay.

I stayed at this property while serving a 3 month travel contract at OHSU Hospital. The unit is clean, beautifully decorated, and well furnished with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. J and C are wonderful hosts and made the entire process completely stress free. The neighborhood is safe and friendly and the commute to OHSU and downtown Portland is so convenient. I could not be any happier with my decision to stay here and highly recommend it for your next stay.

Lovely, thoughtfully designed studio in great neighborhood

I loved staying at this studio! It was beautifully decorated and the perfect place to come back after a long day at work - quiet and zen, lots of natural light. I loved my stay here when working in the area, my favorite place I've stayed as a travel healthcare worker. J and her family were so accommodating and friendly faces to see around! Very responsive and so kind! Couldn't recommend enough.
