Awesome!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The owner, Jose, was incredibly attentive and hospitable, always quick to answer any questions I had. The location felt safe and secure, which was especially reassuring as a solo female traveler. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Great Winter Stay

My partner and I stayed at this property during the winter season. Overall, the space was very confortable and cozy for the two of us. The house was equipped with everything we needed, including hygiene and cleaning products. The location was great. The property was close to many supermarkets and mall. Having Walmart just blocks away was very convenient. PeaceHealth was also an easy drive away. If you are working in Vancouver side, I would highly recommend you to rent also in Vancouver. The bridge for crossing to Portland side gets very congested during busy hours. Also, it has a higher risk of getting ice during a winter storm (although heavy snow is rare in the area). Last but not least, J was and excellent landlord. We received a quick answer to any message or call, and he was very understanding and accommodating with us. I would recommend the stay at J'S place.

Great place to stay

I rented this property for the summer and early fall during my contract in Vancouver. It was quite convenient to get to Peace Health, downtown, Portland, and grocery stores from this location. The house is clean although some parts of it are a little out of date (the shower comes to mind). My biggest gripe is that there is no central air. Apparently this is very common in the PNW. However, during the day time in the summer it does get quite warm in the bedroom even with blackout curtains and a fan. There is a wall unit in the living that works very well for that space but it doesnt spread far beyond there. The amenities are nice. There is a driveway for your car or two if you need. The kitchen is technically fully functional and stocked with equipment. I did have to buy a few things though in order to cook in the quantity I wanted (meal prepping for multiple days in the hospital). Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I took a contract up there.

Great location

This property was awesome and a great find for me a place away from home close to all the major store's locations the neighborhood Walmart the Vancouver Mall the hospitals food areas and also if you enjoy the water you can go down by the Vancouver harbor less then 5min and close to all the major highways and anything I needed from J I received he was a awesome landlord for the time that I was there to make my stage comfortable I recommend this location
