Great Apartment and Wonderful Landlord

Olga is an amazing landlord—very helpful, supportive, and always easy to communicate with. She made both the move-in and move-out process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is clean, beautiful, and has a lovely view. It’s also fully furnished with everything you need, so you can basically move in right away without worrying about anything. On top of that, the neighbor Kim is very kind and friendly, which made living there even more enjoyable.

I absolutely loved staying at this place. The location is amazing, very close to Belle Isle and downtown. The apartment itself is gorgeous and stylish, very easy to keep it clean. The host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Property for Travelers

This property was wonderful. The location is beautiful, on the water and just a mile from downtown. Lots of grocery stores, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. If I ever had any questions or issues, the owner was very communicative with me and responded quickly. Highly recommend this place for travelers.

The Gem of Belle Isle

The place itself is phenomenal with a beautiful scenic view to match. O is an amazing host, very accommodating and helpful with whatever the problems may arise. Location is very close to downtown and even closer to belle isle for any nature/outdoor enthusiast (Im an avid runner so it was such a convenient spot). Nothing but good vibes from the local community and neighbors from my experience. Absolutely a great place. A travelers dream. :)

Loft Living Downtown Detroit

If you want an unforgettable Detroit experience this is the place for you! Let's start with the view. OMG the view! You have a private fire escape where you can sit with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the Detroit River. Your fire escape view overlooks Mt Elliot Park, which is gorgeous, and has a walkway along the river. On the other side of the river is Canada!!!! How often do you get to sit outside your place and look at another country? The place itself is so unique and encompasses the true spirit of Detroit. There is a brand new matress, Roku TV and has all the things you would need during your stay. Also not pictured is a PING PONG TABLE that I set up in the main living space. So fun! The residents in the building are super friendly. There's also a community garden in the common space and newly opened Live Music venue within steps of the building. As far as location, you are close to every major hospital in the Metro Detroit area! Highly Recommended!!!!!

Amazing location

Loved the view from the balcony! Historic building with charm. Beautiful lake view. Bike to Belle Isle! Amazing host and very responsive. I miss it already!

Wonderful stay in Detroit!

My stay at the property was wonderful, I stayed for 2 months while on contract at a local hospital . The apartment itself was centrally located near downtown Detroit. Close to lots of stores and restaurants! The building was an old warehouse type building, with an open loft floor plan ! The exposed brick and decorations in the apartment were very cool ! O was a wonderful host and so responsive ! I would recommend this space to all future travel nurses !
