GREAT STAY and Jean is Amazing
Such a spacious, clean, well thoughtout space. The back garden is an oasis after a long day. Jean is a phenomenal landlord giving you space if you want it but also full of recommendations. The town of Springfield has a lot of unique places to explore and just and hour from a lot of beautiful stops in Oregon. Parking was very easy and the neighborhood felt safe. I would highly recommend this spot.

Relaxing atmosphere
Had a great stay in my 9 months working at Riverbend. No issues getting sleep during the day. Relaxing setting, beautiful scenery. Quiet street. Awesome host, always mindful checking on my needs.

It doesn't get any better!
Let me tell you this property rocks! J is a perfect host with an attention to detail in all areas. The cottage was home for nearly 5 months and I couldn't have found a more perfect location as J cottage it has everything you could possibly need and ideally located close to everything in the area. I'm sad that I'm moving on and will miss J and her property and someday hope to return. Thank you so much, M

Cute, private, charming cottage!
J was a wonderful host! Evergreen cottage was perfect for my stay while I was on my travel contract. The cottage came with everything I needed and she was always available and checking in! The cottage is located behind her house in her very cute backyard set up for privacy. If I ever find my way back to Oregon I would be delighted to stay here again!

Cozy Cottage
Lovely, spacious cottage with a peaceful, private garden. Very clean with everything needed for a long-term stay. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The landlord is fantastic to work with.
