Great location near I25

I stayed here for about 8 months in the basement unit. It has a bedroom (no window, nice and dark for sleep), a bathroom with tub/shower, and a living room. I loved having my own living space as a place to recharge. The walkout door to the back area provided enough light so it didnt give basement vibes. Shared kitchen on the main floor and a great deck. The location was perfect as hopping on i25 to go north or south to Denver was a breeze. Loved parking my car in the garage. The landlord was responsive and helpful. Overall, a great stay!

Nice Stay

Nice, clean, comfortable room. The house has everything you need for a stay away from home. Roommates were friendly and helpful. Nice neighborhood. Near I-25, shopping, and restaurants. About 7 minutes from Vibra Hospital of Denver. I was in the primary bedroom on the 2nd floor. Working nights was not a problem. The house was quiet and the room had room-darkening curtains. The landlord was easy to communicate with, responsive, and respectful.

Stay review

I rented the master bedroom here and was very pleased with my stay! The owner is very communicative and easy to get in touch with. There are dishwares, linens, and a TV in every room available! The house itself was well maintained and my roommates were clean, respectful and easy going. As a night shift nurse, I had no trouble sleeping during the day. Very easy drive to Denver and to the mountains. The backyard views are beautiful. I would recommend this house to anyone working in the Denver area.

Great experience for first time travel nurse

I stayed in the basement suite of this house for 13 weeks. It was less than 5 minutes from North Suburban Medical Center which was extremely convenient. It is also right off of i25 so driving to Denver was easy which was nice when going out, and I made several trips to Keystone and Breckenridge which was also an easy drive. The house itself was well maintained and my roommates were clean, respectful and easy going. Also the basement suite is particularly nice for anyone on night shift because the 1st floor separates you from where the other roommates live up on the 2nd floor. While I was in my bedroom and living room I rarely heard footsteps and had no trouble sleeping during the day. I would recommend this house to anyone working in the Denver area, especially those working at North Sub.

Traveling Nurse Stay

I rented a room from this owner and was very pleased with my stay. Not only was he attentive, and made sure my stay was comfortable he also addressed any concerns or problems. The room was clean and the house is nice and in a beautiful neighborhood. Great view on the upper deck. Dishes are available as well.

Beautiful property

The property was nice, clean, and quiet especially the quiet nights on the balcony. If Im ever to go back to Colorado for a long stay I would love to rent again. The owner was so nice and made sure everything was working properly and I that I was comfortable, I felt as if I was home. If a problem occurred he was right on it. You wont go wrong if you decide to choose this property trust me because Im very picky. Thank B for being a great owner with an amazing property!!!
