Summer Stay

I stayed at this lovely apartment in Hyde Park for a month long medical research program at a near by university. The flexibility of the dates was greatly accommodated by Alice and was a perfect place for this short term stay. The location is great and has walking access to many great restaurants and bars as well as Target and Trader Joe's for groceries. You can find street parking for free if you have a car and the drive to downtown Chicago is pretty quick as well! The amenities and space were great, only thing to be aware of is the apartment getting a bit hot in the summer months. Overall, I would stay in this rental again in a heart beat and was a perfect fit for a short summer stay. Thanks again to Alice for begin so great and responsive!

Wonderful 6-Month Stay in Hyde Park

I stayed at Alice's apartment for 6 months, which was wonderful. The place is fully furnished, clean, and spacious, making it comfortable for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to UChicago and super close to all the restaurants on 53rd Street, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies like Trader Joe's and Walgreens. Alice was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to troubleshoot if anything came up. I highly recommend this apartment (and host!) to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hyde Park!

Beautiful place, just enough space!

Really nice place! On the second floor of an apartment building off in a corner, so it's nice and quiet! Night shift friendly. Has everything I could ask for! A very clean, comfortable stay! Close enough to walk to Target and CVS. Parking was sometimes a chore, but you could usually find a street spot on the block. Never met the landlady, just communicated via text, but it got the job done! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
