My 1st time renting a room only and I was lucky I found this place. I worked night shifts in Natividad hosp and had a wonderful time staying here.The area is very safe,away from the busy streets of Salinas. There was also enough space for parking. The house was mostly quiet during the day as the other renter and host are both in healthcare, who work nights as well. The playful doggies hardly bark and make noises too. I rented the room downstairs and the bathroom was across it which was exclusively for me. I also had my own small fridge and pantry which were located at the garage. I was able to cook as long as I inform them ahead of time to avoid crowding in the kitchen. The hosts and their daughter were very sweet and treated me like family. They were easygoing, flexible and accommodating. I never felt like I was walking on eggshells around them. They even went extra mile to make me comfortable as possible. I am always grateful for this family. The house was my home away from home.

as a travel nurse I had the pleasure of staying with this lovely host and family. The room is quite spacious and quiet with blackout curtains which is great after a long night work. The private bathroom was immaculate kept. I felt completely at home with this family they even took the time to take me on a tour of neighboring cities and treated me like family i will surely miss them and would return anyday. I highly recommend this host for a pleasurable home away from home. Thank you family for making my stay memorable .

I I was with L, J and L for 3 months during my doctoral exchange stay from Catalonia. Throughout this time, they welcomed me and treated me like one of the family, making me feel at home despite being 10,000 km away. The neighborhood and the house are fantastic and peaceful. You can go for a run and a walk, and if you like cycling, you can reach many places. I take away an unforgettable experience from them, and I am sure I will visit them again, now as friends, in the future. I highly recommend living with them; they are a fantastic family, and I only have words of gratitude towards them :)

As a traveling professional, my first assignment led me to this amazing accommodation. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and provided all I needed. The family hosting me was incredibly kind and welcoming, treating me like a member of their own. It truly felt like a second home.
