Staying at this property has been a great experience. Since the moment I moved in S and her team made sure everything was set up and ready. The check in process was very simple and a breeze. Any time I had any issues within the unit contacting S has always been easy and she'll always make sure any needs are met. The area is nice and quiet, parking is convenient. There are a lot of stores and restaurants in the surrounding area so finding places or things to do wasn't hard. Gas station and coffee within walking distance, definitely recommend whenever you are in the area.

The property itself and the owner are great! The included washer and dryer is always a great touch. I would suggest this property for ray/mid shift workers or bring your own black out curtains if you work night shift otherwise it is great!

This property is great. It comes with everything you need. I have enjoyed my stay and even extended for 3 more months. I had a few initial problems but property owner is extremely involved and quick to rectify and situation that may come up. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The location is far enough away from the city for anyone not use to bigger city areas. Would highly recommend this stay.

Very beautiful apartment located in a safe and diverse residential neighborhood. I travel with my dog on healthcare assignments, and I was able to take him on walks through the neighborhood to a local park that was about 4 blocks away when I got off work. There was also a little back yard which is always a plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious to be a one bedroom space, and was equipped with literally everything I could think of. S was always just a text away if I ever needed anything, and responded promptly. Its an awesome space, would stay here over and over.

This apartment has everything you need. Its very spacious for a 1 bedroom, with a full kitchen included. Close to many hospitals and super close to the city. Lots of public transportation nearby. Located on a quiet street but still close to necessities like grocery and drug stores.
