Great rental

We stayed in Stella's property at Payton Place Pine Hills 2. It is in a great neighborhood, quiet, beautiful lot. The property is neat and clean, offered everything we needed. It was easy to find and in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. The area was tastefully decorated and comfortable. We would recommend this place, hope to return on our next trip. Stella was kind and accommodating, was very prompt returning messages. Check in was easy.

I have throughly enjoyed my stay here! You are very close to both hospitals in town. The rental is clean, quiet, and quaint. Just what I like. The Landlord is very responsive to your needs and is willing to go above and beyond what is needed to make you feel at home. Great quiet and relaxed neighborhood. I hope to stay here again one day.

Stella the property owner was absolutely awesome!! The property was clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with all needed for a long term stay! Stella was responsive and welcoming! We enjoyed the stay so much, we extended our stay for another extended stay.

Perfect Location, Great Amenities & a Comfy Bed - 5 Star Stay!

Please be Extremely cautious dealing with this woman !!! Hopefully you will be smarter than I was. My advise is don't give this woman any money for Rent, Deposit, administrative fee or anything else until you're standing in the door. .. I made the mistake of sending her money in wi/ advance and it cost me several hundred dollars plus the time and aggravation of finding someone else to rent from. I rented the one bedroom one bath Pet friendly apartment and sent a deposit. Before I arrived she rented my unit to someone else. Shen offered identical apartment at different location 1/1 apartment but again before my said that was also rented. She then told me that my only option was a single room with a shared bath in her house but NO PETS . The rent would be the same. I definitely feel that I was maunvered into this situation for a reason an felt really unsafe. For that reason I declined to move in with her and asked for my deposit to be refunded. She said because I refused the room offered she would not return my money. WHAT LANDLORD DOES THAT? I have contacted the POLICE and they advised me to file charges against her for FRAUD AND THEFT. I got the impression from the Police that it was not the first time they had heard her name, ??? Anyone who has had problems with this lady please join me and file charges against her before anyone else gets taken. THANKS AND GOD BLess

Dear Mr. Stan*** You contacted us in February regarding our rentals. For over 120 days we worked with you and your therapy facility to coordinate a date for your release. At the end of 90 days, we informed you that we could no longer hold a space without a deposit. Upon receiving your deposit, We visited your facility to coordinate your arrival and discovered that you were physically not able to utilize the initial space because you could not navigate the steps. We offered you another room at the same price with no steps a private bathroom. You accepted this location. 2 days before arrival, You informed us that you wanted to bring (2) cats. Cats are not permitted. YOU DECLINED the space because we do not permits cats. As a result, the deposit was nonrefundable. We did everything we could to support you. We are sorry you are unhappy. Our guest are priority. We are Airbnb Super Hosts with 4.8 ratings, and do all we can to support our guest. We wish you the best.
