Quiet Studio Conversion

Great Stay for Students & Travelers :-)

Private studio (garage conversion) with kitchenette (1 hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator). Bathroom is indoors and the shower is outdoors but it is pretty private, W+D is shared. There are 2 large ceiling fans and a stand up fan so it was comfortable during the day. Location is 5 min to Kona Town and about 20 min to Kona Community Hospital - super convenient. Neighborhood is friendly, safe, and quiet. N has 2 rental cars available also if you need! She is very accommodating and her flower arrangements are so lovely! Definitely would recommend this place for fellow students on rotation or anyone in need of a peaceful retreat during their stay.

N's studio garage is a beautiful and unique place to stay. Its just under 20 minutes from the hospital and 5 minutes from the downtown area. It is a very quiet neighbourhood. I work nights and don't have any problems sleeping during the day time. The studio garage is very clean and has everything you need for a travel nursing contract. N is very welcoming and accommodating. Absolutely loved all the avocados, papaya, lemons and limes she gave me !
